Who we are
maryannedamarzo.com is Mary-Anne Da’Marzo’s personal site, run by Firebelly Media. Firebelly Media is a trading name of Firebelly F.Z.E. (Ajman Free Zone trade licence no. 41980), registered office: Office C1-1F-SF5044, Ajman Free Zone C1 Building, Ajman Free Zone, Ajman, UAE. Firebelly F.Z.E. is responsible for the information you send us. Email us at mary-anne@firebellymedia.co.uk.
What we collect
- When you send a brand collaboration enquiry: your name, email, brand, website and what you tell us.
- When you ask Mary-Anne to speak or come on a podcast: your name, email, the show or event, and what you tell us about it.
- When you sign up for her emails: your email address and which link or page you signed up from.
Why
We use it to reply to you and, if we work together, to run that work. We send the emails you signed up for, and you can unsubscribe from any email, any time. We don’t sell your information, and we don’t add you to any email list from the enquiry forms.
Where it goes
Our website host, Netlify, stores form answers for us and emails them to our enquiries inbox. Email sign-ups go to our email service, Kit, which sends the emails. We keep enquiries for up to two years, then delete them. We keep sign-ups until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.
Cookies and your browser
We use Google Analytics, but only if you say yes. It tells us which pages people visit, how they found the site (for example a link in an Instagram or LinkedIn bio) and how many people sign up or send an enquiry. It doesn’t tell us who you are, and we never use it for advertising. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser to do this, and Google processes the data for us.
We may also use Microsoft Clarity, again only if you say yes. It shows us how people use the pages, through heatmaps and recordings of clicks, taps and scrolling, so we can fix the parts where people get stuck. Anything you type into a form is hidden from these recordings. Clarity sets cookies in your browser, and Microsoft processes the data for us.
Until you click Accept, nothing from Google or Microsoft loads. If you say no, we remember that on your device and don’t ask again. You can change your mind any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page.
Your browser also keeps a few small notes on your own device: your cookie choice and which link brought you here (only sent to Google Analytics if you accept). None of these leave your device on their own.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you at any time by emailing us. If you’re in the UK and unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, you can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
