I’m a shrewd operator with a creative spirit. I love a spreadsheet, a problem that looks stuck and a plan that sets me free. These are the rules I run my businesses by, and why they let me run them from anywhere.
In 2024 I looked around our Soho office and nobody was there. So we ran a test: if client work held for three months, the whole team could work from anywhere. It held. Two years on, clients still call and ask which plane I’m on.

I started my agency with £2,000 and a team of grads who’d never worked in marketing. So I wrote everything down. Every process, every framework, every structure. That’s the reason we can work from anywhere, and it’s what the B.R.A.I.N.™ is built on.

An old boss of mine used to light a fire underneath people. I wanted the opposite. Fear makes for bad work. Happy people do the best work, so we build a place where people actually want to do it.

We work in digital, but it runs on people. When something goes wrong, a good relationship turns a big problem into “no worries, completely understand”. Nobody’s going to die if it isn’t done today.

My business is 100% owned by me: female-owned, female-founded. That doesn’t mean women only. We’ve got some amazing men on the team. It means the environment is one where everyone is supported.

When I’m learning, I’m in my happiest place. AI, boxing, tennis, the agency. Learning includes failing, and failure is just data collection.
Training, yoga (I’m a qualified teacher), good food and sleep. Without exercise I just don’t function. It’s what helps me execute.
I’ve never run my business from my head. I’ve always run it from my body. When an idea is good, I get goosebumps, and the goosebump radar has never led me wrong.
